Returns Policy

Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

Each product is printed to order, so we only accept exchanges for a different size of the same item.
The cost of the return postage will be covered by the customer and will be the customers responsibility to ensure the item arrives securely to our HQ.
If there is a fault with the item we will accept a return after which a replacement will be sent out.

What do I do if the product is faulty? 

Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply email or send a message on Instagram (@ironboneco) and we will work with you to achieve a resolution.
