As our products are made to order, our turnaround time is 7 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of an item being out of stock, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you'd like to proceed. 

Depending on size and quantity, orders are usually shipped by Royal Mail.
